“You’ll see it when you believe it.” – Wayne Dyer
Every person on the planet wants to feel happy, be healthy, do work that’s satisfying, feel financially secure, and enjoy loving relationships — but not all of us believe we deserve to.
Whether it’s the side of town where we grew up, level of education, relationship status, eating habits, drinking habits, or any of the shoulda-woulda-coulda past mistakes we’re still punishing ourselves for, many of us think we have to be better, different or more than we are right this very moment in order to experience good things in life.
Thankfully, it’s not true.
Believe it or not, you’re enough, just as you are, and deserve whatever you want for your life. You’re worthy of love, good health, and ridiculous amounts of joy, money, and anything else you dream of just because you’re alive.
Have you ever questioned if you’re worthy and deserving of using an app on your phone from almost anywhere in the world (even when flying 30,000 feet in the air)? Or for water to pour out when you turn on the sink? Most of us just expect it. So why wouldn’t you believe you deserve love, good health, happiness, money, and anything else?
Forget what anyone has ever told you, ditch any outdated beliefs holding you back, and know you don’t have to be thinner, smarter, have shinier hair, a better relationship, job, or anything else to deserve good things.
You’re worthy and deserving of all good things right now.
If you need a little help believing, tell yourself: “I am worthy and deserving of ____________,” then rinse and repeat as many times necessary for as many days, months or even years until you feel in your bones it’s true.
Like Wayne Dyer said, you have to believe it in order to receive it.
Wishing you a wonderful, feel-good weekend!
