You really are wonderful. And we don’t mean that in a “you’re really wonderful, but here’s how you could change” sort of way.

Nope, you’re 100 percent wonderful, right now, at this very moment. No buts about it.

And there’s more: You are beautiful, you are smart, you are kind and you are wonderful.

Now your turn. Repeat after us: “I am beautiful, I am smart, I am kind, I am wonderful.”

Want to take this self-lovin’ to the next level? Look in the mirror or flip the camera on your phone so you can see yourself and say, “I am wonderful today, I was wonderful yesterday and I will be wonderful tomorrow.”

You really are. And it’s important to remind yourself. Every. Single. Day.
