How to Live With Intention in 2022

We have a hunch 2021 wasn’t exactly what you had planned.

Sure, it wasn’t 2020 (anything beats 2020!), but there’s a good chance you faced more challenges, curveballs, and stress than you imagined when you were coming up with New Year’s goals last December.

As 2021 winds down, and you’re brainstorming plans and wishes for the New Year, we encourage you to come up with goals and dreams that really excite you, and push you to live the purposeful life you’ve always wanted. Because if not now … then when?

And no matter what’s on your list, there’s one goal we think is definitely worth adding:

Make 2022 the year you live with more intention.

There will always be new projects, invitations, and opportunities that come up for you in the New Year. This year, make a point to choose what serves your big life picture.

Be intentional where your time and energy goes and about what you say ‘yes’ to — whether it’s a new job or drinks out with friends. Choose things that will bring meaning to your life, and pass on the rest.

You can also work intention into your every day by doing the following:

  • Be mindful of what you eat, and savor each bite of food that’s on your plate.

  • Check-in with yourself regularly. Whether it’s on a morning walk or during your daily commute, ask yourself how you’re doing, check in on your goals and make adjustments as needed.

  • Take your sleep seriously, and be intentional about when you go to bed. Sleep is crucial to rest, restore and recharge and we’re nothing without good health.

  • Prioritize moments of joy and being around people who uplift and inspire you. Be intentional about living a happier life and make choices throughout your day to watch, read and listen to those things that light you up. Ditch what brings you down!

Stay behind the steering wheel of your life and make 2022 the year your goals become a reality.

Wishing you love, peace and so much joy this holiday season!

Make Time for Your Dreams

Make Time for Your Dreams

What’s one thing you could do that would make this year stand out from the rest and make you feel like you took a big leap in your life?

These days, many of us are so pressed for time that we give ourselves few moments to do what actually excites us. But even if your day feels impossibly stuffed, you can make time for what really matters.

Sounds nice, but how, you may be wondering? I’m so happy you asked!

You Are Enough, Right Now

You Are Enough, Right Now

Some days you may feel like you’re not good enough, or doing enough. You may wish you could snap your fingers and turn into a version of yourself you think you should be with a perfect job, spotless house, and exciting hobbies (or whatever your definition of an ideal life may be).

But here’s something you need to know … You are wonderful, just as you are. You are enough, right now.

Imagine rolling out of bed with a smile on your face, laughing throughout your day, and going to bed feeling calm and content?

While not every day will be sunshine and rainbows, there are so many things you can do to add more joy to each day.

A Less Stress Summer

A Less Stress Summer

Summer is synonymous with relaxation, but sometimes we find ourselves stressed out and not living our best, “feet in the sand, good book in hand,” season.

Worries happen to all of us. But, one of the easiest ways to feel more carefree is to take a moment to declutter your brain. Because here’s the deal: Our brain can only handle so many thoughts at once. Anything extra bouncing around distracts you from enjoying otherwise happy moments.

Here’s how:
