Goal-Getters 8-Week Small Group Coaching Program Includes:

 

Clarity Kick-Starter Exercise: This powerful exercise will help you get clear on where you are now and where you’d like to be in the future. You’ll clarify your goals and share the exercise with me so I can help you even more throughout the program. 

6 live coaching sessions with me and the group via Zoom. Here you’ll receive coaching, support, inspiration, guidance, accountability and feedback. 

Worksheets, resources, tips and tools. Throughout our time together I’ll share with you various tools to assist you. I’ll also connect you with experts who can help you in specialty areas if desired too.

Ongoing inspiration, encouragement, support and accountability so you can finally reach your goals and live a life that’s true to Y-O-U.

 

Here’s What We’ll Work on Each Week:

 

Week 1:     Clarifying your goals

Week 2:     Creating a realistic path to achieve your goals

Week 3:     Improving your mindset – knowing you’re worthy, deserving and capable, and other tools to help you manifest your goals (Note: This week will be an audio lesson instead of a live call, so you have time to do the exercises at your own pace.) 

Week 4:     Tracking your progress

Week 5:     Adjusting your course as needed

Week 6:     Prioritizing, eliminating and focusing on what’s moving the needle so you can reach your goals with more ease and joy

Week 7:     Improving your mindset part two — overcoming blocks, limiting beliefs, fears and obstacles holding you back, and increasing your belief in yourself (Note: This week will be an audio lesson instead of a live call, so you have time to do the exercises at your own pace.)

Week 8:     Staying on track and celebrating your wins

 

Your goals will change throughout the months and years of your life, but the process to achieve them will remain the same. This program will inspire, uplift and support you — and help you master that process so you can carry it with you for decades to come.
