Everything’s Going to be OK

 

There’s a lot you may feel like you have to worry about. But take a deep breath and know everything is going to be OK.

Whatever’s swirling in your head right now or bringing you down with work, family, relationships, money, try not to let stress win. It’ll all turn out alright.

Actually, better than alright!

You may feel overwhelmed — that life can be too busy and complicated to think you can even manage.

You may wake up in the night unable to fall back asleep because anxious thoughts have taken over.

But take a deep breath and know, everything’s going to be OK.

When your heart starts to race and mind starts to worry, close your eyes, place your hands over your heart and tell yourself, “All is well.”

Remind yourself over and over …

“All is well.”

Because it really is.

Breathe through worry and let fearful thoughts go. They don’t serve you so there’s no need to entertain them.

You’re in control more than you know — because you can choose to let those thoughts go.

Have a little faith in life. Trust that everything will turn out as it is meant to be.

Take it easy on yourself and know that everything is going to be OK.
