Why a Feel-Good Challenge?

Oh, let’s count the reasons … For starters, I don’t have to tell you how crazy and surreal 2020 has been. There’s so much going on in the world right now, it’s honestly hard to keep up. It’s even more challenging to consistently feel good.

If you’re anything like myself, and our Savvy Team, most of this year has had you feeling all over the place. One week you may feel majorly motivated and back in your groove being productive and moving forward with goals – and the next, you feel like pulling the covers over your head and staying in bed all day.

Just as you nourish your body with what you eat, drink, and how you exercise, it’s just as important to nourish your soul and mind and take good care of Y-O-U. 

This is exactly what we’re going to do in the Feel-Good Challenge!

Together we’re going to prioritize our happiness, take back our peace of mind and take time each day to feel good. We’re going to stop feeling all over the place and start feeling happier, more fulfilled and enjoy more ease – no matter what’s going on around us.
