Are you Ready for a Reset?

“People tend to overestimate what they can do in a year and underestimate what they can do in five.” — Tony Robbins

It’s hard to believe we’re already half-way through 2019. It feels like just yesterday we were clinking Champagne flutes and cheering to our best year yet.

So, how is your year going?

We hope you’re reaching goals and crossing off tasks left and right, but if that’s not the case we get it, because as much as we all plan and prepare — life happens and it’s easy to be pulled off track.

The good news? You can reset anything at any time — you can reset your relationship, personal goal or business dream. You can reset your diet, a friendship or health routine.

Each day we get the chance to start over, and today we’re going to do just that to make the rest of 2019 the best of 2019.

Call it a do-over, part II or 2019 the sequel. Here’s your mission:

1. Grab a pen and paper and write down the most important goal for you to accomplish this year.

What’s one thing that will make this year stand out from the rest and shake up your life in the best way possible?

It could be something you’ve wanted since January 1st, but you got taken off course — or maybe you’ve changed your mind (you’re allowed!) and something different is calling you now.

If you can’t handle just one goal (you overachiever you!) keep it to three max — what’s important is to prioritize.

When we give our energy and focus to too many goals at once we often fall short of reaching any.

2. Write down three action steps you’ll take to reach your goal.

Let’s say your goal is to finish your novel — one step might be to write 10 pages this weekend and every weekend until it’s complete. If you want to improve your language skills, one action could be to download a language app tonight and follow the recommended curriculum. Want to get fit? Decide you’ll take 10,000 steps a day or schedule a session with a trainer.

Having a dream or goal is awesome, but we have to take action too. This creates momentum and allows the universe to get behind us and guide us to the easiest, fastest and most fun way for it to come into fruition.

So, seize this time to reset your 2019 and begin again. Get clear on what’s most important to you, set an intention, stay focused and continue taking inspired action.

We may not see every dream come true this year (we have a lifetime!), but with a little reset we can make the rest of 2019 the best of 2019.

Cheers!

XO

Make Time for Your Dreams

Make Time for Your Dreams

What’s one thing you could do that would make this year stand out from the rest and make you feel like you took a big leap in your life?

These days, many of us are so pressed for time that we give ourselves few moments to do what actually excites us. But even if your day feels impossibly stuffed, you can make time for what really matters.

Sounds nice, but how, you may be wondering? I’m so happy you asked!

You Are Enough, Right Now

You Are Enough, Right Now

Some days you may feel like you’re not good enough, or doing enough. You may wish you could snap your fingers and turn into a version of yourself you think you should be with a perfect job, spotless house, and exciting hobbies (or whatever your definition of an ideal life may be).

But here’s something you need to know … You are wonderful, just as you are. You are enough, right now.

7 Ways To Add More Happiness To Your Day

7 Ways To Add More Happiness To Your Day

Imagine rolling out of bed with a smile on your face, laughing throughout your day, and going to bed feeling calm and content?

While not every day will be sunshine and rainbows, there are so many things you can do to add more joy to each day.

Here are seven of my favorite ways:

A Less Stress Summer

A Less Stress Summer

Summer is synonymous with relaxation, but sometimes we find ourselves stressed out and not living our best, “feet in the sand, good book in hand,” season.

Worries happen to all of us. But, one of the easiest ways to feel more carefree is to take a moment to declutter your brain. Because here’s the deal: Our brain can only handle so many thoughts at once. Anything extra bouncing around distracts you from enjoying otherwise happy moments.

Here’s how:
