From stringing lights to wrapping gifts, this is a joyous (and busy!) time of year.
You make what we do every single day so much fun and rewarding.
While this time of year overflows with merriment, physical and emotional overwhelm tend to make an appearance too.
Joy and melancholy can be intertwined as easily as twinkly lights wrapped ‘round a tree, and it’s tempting to want to make every single thing perfect, or take on too much, to the point that we miss out on the magic and cheer this time of year is truly about.
When to-do lists run long, and emotional highs and lows are had, it’s important to remember to take some “Me Time” this holiday to be with yourself and process whatever you’re experiencing.
Even a 10-minute walk in nature, free write in your journal or solo cup of tea can do wonders to help you stay grounded and recharge.
This will help you show up as your best self for others too.
This is a magical time of year. Enjoy every moment!
Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy, and love-filled holiday,
Emily and the Savvy Team
P.S. Don’t forget to sing out loud, throw snowballs, kiss under the mistletoe, and let yourself get swept up in the excitement and joy surrounding this special time of year. 🙂
